In 1992, Bill Milliken retired, and Angus Lafaye and Smyth McCrady set up a new management team. Milliken grows its technical capabilities, adding timber appraisal, inventory, GIS mapping, endangered species, and portfolio-level advisory services to support increasingly complex landholdings.
