Andrew Nelson is a consulting forester who works closely with landowners to evaluate forest resources and develop management strategies tailored to their individual goals. His work supports sustainable timber production, responsible land stewardship, and long-term planning across a wide range of forest types. With experience throughout the Southeast and time spent working in Montana with the Bureau of Land Management, Andrew brings adaptable, client-focused solutions to every project.
Andrew graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a B.S. in Forest Resource Management and a minor in Business Management, and earned an Associate degree in Forest Management from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 2004. He is a Registered Forester (#1803) and a Prescribed Fire Manager. Andrew has been with Milliken since 2015 and has over a decade of experience conducting forest inventories and consulting work.
Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, surfing, playing guitar, and coaching baseball.
